No. We bring the staff, equipment, and telehealth connection. There is no fee for your organization to host a visit.
Do our residents or clients need insurance?
Active insurance coverage is confirmed before any service is provided, as part of our standard compliance process. Every visitor also needs a valid, government-issued photo ID.
How much space do we need to provide?
This depends on the site and services planned. In most cases, a private or semi-private indoor space works best, though we can discuss outdoor or mobile setups depending on your facility.
How often would a site visit our facility?
Frequency is flexible and built around your community's needs — from a one-time visit to a recurring schedule. We'll work this out together once we understand your facility.
What happens after we submit the form?
Our team reviews every submission and follows up within 1–2 business days to discuss your facility, the population you serve, and possible scheduling.
