No Order, No Test
A licensed provider must order testing before any specimen is collected. There is no workaround, no exception, and no gray area on this rule.
No Insurance, No Visit
Active coverage must be confirmed before any service begins. Every patient's eligibility is verified in real time, every single visit.
No ID, No Encounter
Patient identity must be verified with a valid, government-issued photo ID before anything else happens. No ID means no encounter — full stop.
